> Approximately take 1 to 3 hours, depend on order quantity and type of product.
> Additional 1 business day for order required custom job.
** We will always do whatever we can to ensure that our clients' delivery schedules are met.
However, in the event of technical difficulties, such as press malfunctions, power outages, or other circumstances out of our control, we will gladly refund rush charges/fees.
Our liability will be limited to these costs.

All orders are checked for defects before shipment.
If you receive product item which was not ordered by you or the item is found to be damaged during shipping, please inform us for refund.

You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:
> The item is found to be damaged during shipping.
> The item(s) shipped to you is not what you ordered.
> The warranty is valid for 7 days after you received your order.
> Any damage caused by carelessness will not be accepted for returns.
> In the event of product stock unavailable, we will replace that product with a product of same type and similar value.
In case of no stock replacement, we will give a full refund.

Under certain circumstances, no refunds are given if:
> Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
> Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
> Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
> Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
> Color Proofs: due to differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production runs, a reasonable variation in color(within 10%) between color proofs and the completed job will be deemed acceptable unless otherwise agreed.
